Seacoast United U.S. Development Academy Continues Successful Run

HAMPTON, NH—The Seacoast United U.S. Development Academy were back on the road, improving their standings in the Northeast Division. 

Sunday, March 13th, all three teams were away playing against FC Boston. Seacoast United’s U17/18 team came home with a 2-0 win with strikers Jonas Taenzer and Mayele Malango leading the team to victory. Seacoast United’s U15/16 team also had a win against FC Boston with defender Eli Cronin scoring the only goal of the game. 

After close match-ups against FC Boston, Seacoast United moved on to Oakwood Soccer Club (CT) Saturday, March 19th. Playing on the road for the 2nd straight week, the U17/18 team did not let that stop them from bringing home another win. Striker Abdulkadir Haji scored the only goal of Saturday’s game against Oakwood. 

After a few successful games over the past two weeks, Seacoast United’s U17/18 team has moved up in the ranks to 4th in the Northeast Division of the U.S. Development Academy’s Eastern Conference. Seacoast United is now preparing for their next match-up against Albertson Soccer Club on April 2nd at Aviator Sports & Recreation (New York).
