Online Registration

Registration for the 2012 Labor Day Tournament is now closed.  Please contact Caleb Paterson to inquire about available openings.  

Registration Checklist
- The individual who registers the team will be the primary contact for communication.  If additional email/phone numbers are to be provided,  please enter them in the "Notes & Comments" section of the registration form. 
- Please enter only ONE email address in the designated field for the team contact.  Additional emails can be added in the "Notes & Comments" section.
- Tournament medical waivers can be completed as part of the online registration process.  Once you register, you will receive an email with a link to access your online roster.  Each player added to the roster will receive their individual link to complete an online medical release waiver.  If you wish not to use this system, download the pdf version here.

Upon submission of your online application, you will receive an email copy of your invoice.  A 2nd email containing a link to access your online roster will also be sent.  Players added to the online roster will automatically receive an individual link to complete a medical release waiver.  If you do not have medical release waivers from your local league/state organization, please utilize this online roster to complete your medical forms.

Team Check-In
A representative from your team (coach, team manager, or parent) must check in 1 hour prior to your first scheduled game at the Seacoast United Outdoor Complex registration table.  The entire team does not need to be present for check-in.
