Program Registration

Group 1  |  Grades 4-6
The Junior Varsity Program is for 4th-6th graders.  This camp will include an in-depth review of the foundations of football both fundamentally and by responsibility.  Proper tackling techniques will be stressed as well as how to excel by position in preparation for the middle school program.  Students will also receive an education on skills that will develop their physical athletic abilities.  A focused review on safety as well as sportsmanship will be at the forefront of this camp.  This program will be instructed by coaches or players that have participated in higher levels of the game.

Group 2  |  Grades 7 & 8
The Middle School Program for 7th and 8th graders will be composed of drills and skills that will transition these students into the high school level. Position training, responsibility overview as well as proper physical fitness development will be taught.  This program will be instructed by coaches or players that have participated in higher levels of the game.

Equipment and Needs
Helmets and mouth guards are to be worn every session and starting January 21st, all players should be prepared with all necessary protective gear (full pads).  To secure your gear please reach out to your local youth organization.  If you have any issues AFTER contacting your local organization please let us know.

DIFP Directors
Eric Cumba - Current head football coach at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Dover, NH.  Eric has been the head coach for the school on Dover Point for the past 4 years where he has a 23-7 record including a 2011 undefeated state championship season.  In just 4 short years, St. Thomas has seen a number of young men move on to play college football ranging from NCAA Division I to Division III.  Before arriving at St. Thomas, Eric played high school football at national powerhouse Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey, NJ, where he received many accolades while playing on nationally ranked teams.  Upon graduation, Eric continued his playing career at the University of New Hampshire where he was a 3-year starter and team captain on one of the best 1AA/FCS football programs in the country.
