Seacoast United Lacrosse Club recommends full gear for all skills classes, practices, and league play. 

Boys:
Helmet, mouthguard, chest protector, gloves, and arm pads

We do have limited items here at the arena that can be loaned out, but it is best if you have your own gear.  Hockey gear is a great substitute!

Girls:
Protective eyewear, mouthguard

Exception:  U9 Coed offered in Hampton.  Stick is the only gear required.
