The Club is very excited to bring on board two highly qualified and energetic young men who are committed to the growth and development of the game in our region. The Klotz brothers will start work immediately to implement an aggressive 3 year plan. “They certainly have the background to bring credibility and success to the program. I think they are the perfect fit to get our Boys Side recognized as one of the top clubs in our region.” Read their bios here.
Part-Time Strength and Conditioning Coach Announced
We are pleased to announce Jeff Dardenne (PTA, NASM-CPT, Sports Performance Specialist) as our part-time strength and conditioning coach. Jeff will oversee all Seacoast lacrosse club teams with age appropriate routines throughout our summer weeks together. Jeff will help our athletes learn proper warm-up and cool down routines that can be used not only while at Seacoast but throughout any/all sports in which they participate.
With the addition of a part-time strength and conditioning coach (something no other club in our region offers!) our players will develop faster footwork, overall strength, and an explosive first step through various plyometric, agilities, and strength conditioning training! Jeff is also skilled therapist with extensive experience working with athletes to recover from injuries as well as provide the proper conditioning to prevent them. Not only will this help our players with their athleticism but it is one of the BEST injury prevention options you could ask for!
